Default Ferrari One supporting 4GB dimms?

This netbook came with 4GB dual channel w/ W7 home premium. I really want to swap (2) 4GB sticks in there but need to know if the chipset is somehow limited like the intel versions. I end up using 2 of the 4GB as virtual memory and would like a solid 4GB for system ram overall. I know W7 premium supports 16GB and I can easily get the dimms but would like some opinions...

Has anyone had problems with W7 utilizing 4Gb dimms on Acer netbooks?

Since this netbook is still under warranty, I strongly suggest contacting the manufacturer.

Of course let us know what they say so other users here can benefit.
